I have nothing further to add at this time. The community is still under construction. Once it has been completed, I can provide additional feedback and my opinions. However, the interiors are modern and seem to be well constructed.

I believe my review would deter the community from renting at this property. Unfortunately, we haven't had the best experience since we've moved in. The initial customer service was fantastic but went downhill about two months after our move in date.

The community is an absolute mess and obstacle course to deal with due to the ongoing construction that is constantly in the way. Streets are filthy and congested all the time and parking was very poorly thought out and there is not enough parking available for the amount of residents.

We were previously in a nice luxury apartment complex but were looking for something quieter and more like a home setting. The townhome style units offered at Greenwood had current styling and quality finishes in a favorable location. those were key factors in our selection.
