Initially the experience in this community was very positive. The apartments were brand new and I had no issues or complaints. Since the complex was purchased by new management a few years back some things have noticeably worsened. Rent increased significantly, landscaping has become less frequent leading to some plants blocking sidewalks at times, the recycling dumpster has disappeared, trash fairies is no longer a service based on "feedback", equipment in the workout room is not maintained, and people no longer come around to the buildings to clean the stairwells. Additionally most communications received from the property managers are disrespectful and unprofessional because they act like we are children. At times the messages even sound manipulative. I understand that there are probably many people at this complex who are not responsible and these are probably the people the property managers have to deal with the most, but many of us are normal people just trying to live our lives here. Let's please try to be mature and professional to each other.     At first, Haven started out a great place to live. It was clean and fun. But as management has changed, the complex has consistently went downhill. First, the trash situation. I am not sure whose idea it was to get rid of Trash Fairies (trash collection at each apartment), but that was the worst mistake. Not only do residents have to take out their own trash all the way across the complex to one single compactor, most residents actually don't even make it that far. There is trash everywhere and even if it makes it to the compactor, people don't understand how to throw it in and it's piled up constantly. If Trash Fairies was still around, there would be a zero trash problem. The apartment sends out emails about trash being an issue but THEY ARE THE ONES WHO GOT RID OF TRASH FAIRIES so if they have a problem with trash, then they need to bring back the solution. It was literally $10/month and I guarantee they didn't actually talk to residents before doing away with this MUCH NEEDED AND APPRECIATED service.       Very nice place The gym is good but virtual workout class room doesn't appear to be used much and would serve better with additional gym equipment such as smith machine Mail room is frustrating. I do realize we are at the mercy of the delivery drivers but it is so difficult to locate a package

        My experience at Haven on Tucker Apartments has been truly exceptional. I moved in during 2023, and from the very beginning, I was captivated by the environment, privacy, and cleanliness of the community. The well-maintained grounds and the neat, orderly appearance of the apartments made a great first impression. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the strict adherence to community rules?especially the no-smoking policy and the commitment to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. This created a wonderful living environment until recently, when a few newer residents began to disregard these rules, causing some disruption. There were instances of people misbehaving, dirtying the hallways, and even smoking inside the facility, which I found quite concerning. However, whenever I raised these issues with management, they responded immediately and took swift action to address the problems. Additionally, any time I've had a maintenance request, the team has shown up promptly and resolved the issue efficiently.           Overall the experience has been good. The location is amazing. The grounds are well kept, however the cleaning of common areas in apartment buildings is pretty terrible. Also, lots of gym equipment is broken. The golf simulator rarely works and only works for right handed players, as a lefty who golfs this is very disappointing.

            Hello! We only had one piece of gym equipment down, a part was ordered and it was fixed. All gym equipment is working. The golf simulator is always working, any time the projector goes out (it recently did) we purchase whatever is needed and get it fixed right away. It is fully functioning and does work for left-handed golf players as well. Our staff would be happy to help you navigate through working it if needed! If you need anything at all please just contact our leasing office and our manager, Nicki, would be happy to help! Our breezeway entry ways are actually scheduled for their quarterly carpet cleans, these are cleaned quarterly, and we actually just switched companies as we were not happy with the previous company, please feel free to let us know any time yours is not to standards and we will be happy to take care of it!             Love the apartment and the community. Rent is a little high due to some of the amenities offered that should be optional. Valet trash, events at the clubhouse, and some other service fees should be just included with the large amount being paid in rent. Also had someone let himself into my unit to change the air filter without being notified beforehand.

              Hello! Mass emails are always sent when we do air filters, please be sure to check the portal for all communications and your email (sent both ways). Events at the clubhouse and all amenities are not something that you pay for, nor are they included in the rent. All residents events are free to you! We would love to ensure you are getting our communications, if you would like to call the office we can pull your resident portal and show you time stamps for when emails are sent about any filter changes etc. to ensure you are getting the communication.               The area is amazing! You are in such an ideal, and safe spot. Close enough to everything you would want or need, but sort of tucked away behind some neighborhoods and trees. Very safe atmosphere, great for young couples or singles.

                During the first year living was fantastic, as one signing a second lease the new management team has been the worst, residents feel pressure and constantly get threatening emails from management, when initially moved in we were informed that decoration on balconies or privacy barriers/ nets were 100% okay but recently have noticed strings of emails saying it is supposedly violating terms of the lease, several maintenance and aesthetic needs have not been met for the community, the mulch garden in front of building 1400 on cedar thicket court has not recieved treatment outside of basic mulch laying, no plants or care has been taken into consideration since, there was even evidence of a mole presence and nothing was taken care of, the side door entrance to the pool area has also been non operational for months now and has still yet to be taken care of, noise and residence maintenance have been excellent and has had 5 star excellent service, after speaking to many of our neighbors there is a general resentment to the current management team and residents feel as if there is a spike in "micro managing" to top it all off trash services were removed towards… See More>

                  Friendly and helpful staff. Maintenance personnel are timely. Rental space is satisfactory and one of the best spaces I've lived in. The greatest complaint I have is their contract with the mail service. It may not be their fault, but the company which controls entry to the package room does not let you know when packages arrived and therefore, will not give you access codes to retrieve the packages. This has been going on for months.

                    The complex is very nice. The management is a continuous revolving door. This doesn't allow you to get to know the management team. Outside of that the complex is a great place to live. This place has a lot of nice amenities.

                        Multiple changes in ownership and management have not improved the apartment's mediocre appeal. The package room is atrocious, the valet trash service was taken away and dog waste is not managed. Since common areas are used to enter your apartment, those areas should be maintained for cleanliness ie. Carpet cleaning light bulbs, entry doors and paint. The trash receptacle should be emptied more often so that it doesn't accumulate outside the receptacle when it gets too full in between emptying. The "package room" is not secure and is and packages are typically not where they should be and is extremely frustrating for locating packages within the room, to make it worse residents were threatened to retrieve their packages to help provide order to the chaos. Management will attempt to provide resident appreciation get together occasionally, however it is obvious they resident moral is not taken into account. Donuts and coffee provided after most working people have already left for work, other mixers are provided late afternoon and end before working residents would ever get off a normal job.                           Nice complex, poor management

                          A fairly newer complex that has gone to hell over the last 12 months with the injection of new ownership and management. Where to begin, poor or non-existent communication, fees added without notification, zero accountability, trash piles up often, stairwells not cleaned in a year some with bug issues, dog park water fountains never worked, parking is beyond poor, 2nd entry been blocked off for over a year now. I could go on but bottom line, West Shore management is one of the worst property management companies out there right now, just look at their reviews. Never managed an apartment complex myself but 100% could do a better job in one week than these clowns have done in 12 months+. Skip this place.

                            Stay away

                            I liked my apartment, but everything else is terrible about this place. I stayed here for a year and agree with others who commented on the new management company. (Notice reviews with 5 stars are office staff). They are rude and threaten residents with emails and texts. When the mailroom is full, they texted that any packages left would be sent back. No one cleans up after their dogs, so management responded by threatening a $50 fee if they see you not cleaning up after your pet. Unfortunately....this did not help the situation. Then there's the trash compactor that is ALWAYS overflowing with trash. Again, management's response was a threatening email to residents that if you'd be fined if caught putting your trash by the compactor. Other things that are horrible, they will nickel and dime you for EVERYTHING upon move out.  Our cars were broken into and NOTHING was done by management. Not even their usual email/text to warn other residents of potential break-ins. We also asked for several things to be repaired throughout our lease...like lights above our garage to help with theft or the washer/dryer not working for the first month of our lease.                               Beautiful apartments, terrible communication.

                              These apartments are truly beautiful on the inside and I have had little to no issues here. Water pressure is great, appliances work well. The interior is gorgeous. My main concern is COMMUNICATION. I decided to move into a bigger apartment in this complex after my first year. I move in 6 days, and was misinformed by one leasing consultant and then the next one I finally got ahold of (they do not answer phones, you will likely have to walk into the office) and she was extremely rude to me. Aparently this is a new management issue. The upkeep of the complex is less than subpar. Although landscaping comes regularly and keeps that looking nice, no one cleans up the hallways and the doggy bag stations are always empty- meaning people leave dog waste all over the grass. I love the area and the apartments themselves but I do feel super anxious whenever I have to contact leasing as they will give me and attitude, not help, then hang up. It’s honestly shocking they have the nerve to do that to any resident.

                                Wasted Potential.

                                I moved into Haven (ironically) 2 years ago today. My first year here was AMAZING. The office staff took the time to get to know every resident, they were responsive and attentive. The maintenance staff was on top of everything and would go out of their way to help out residents. Since the new company has taken over, it has ALL gone downhill. There is NO communication to residents, the office staff is rude and most act like doing their JOB is a huge inconvenience. The ones that live here don't abide by the lease rules but want to enforce it for residents who pay FULL rent, they don't respond to emails, and if they do they provide no answers or offer any help. Don't let the looks of the complex fool you (it is beautiful) but the staff they have isn't worth the headache that comes along with it. If you move in here, prepare to be disappointed, pi$$ed off and ready to move after your first year.

                                  Living at Haven has been great. We are a retired couple, but aren't interested in senior apartments. This is perfect. There is good security with locked entryways. The apartments are large and spacious with nice, open floorpans. I love the laundry room, which I turned into a pantry too. The staff is wonderful too. Brianna is sweet and thoughtful, and very professional at her job. Maintenance Supervisor Hank is terrific and always able to help. The pool is wonderful and well maintained. In short, we are very happy here.

                                    Previous management left this place glowing. New management since May has run down the place. Great location, however no longer recommend as last 6 months have showed me what I don’t want in an apartment complex. One thing that sticks out to me the most - I have been trying to request the hallways be cleaned since June (6 months ago). The fact that they are unable to hire a cleaning crew and have the maintenance worker covering the cleaning might make me more frustrated than the actual dirtiness itself. I think the attached picture sums up the new management. No longer recommend.

                                        We have lived here for a few weeks. The move in process was very easy. Rachel was great. Our apartment is beautiful. The grounds was clean and we'll maintained. The maintenance staff is responsive and friendly. We did have an issue with a neighbor. Unfortunately we had to contact the office. They were compassionate and professional, and said they would do all they could to resolve the issue. In just a couple days it was resolved. We are so impressed with Valerie and her team. We enthusiastically recommend Haven on Tucker!!
