It’s generally good, sometimes the office can be hard to reach by phone which can be frustrating. The lack of notice. Communication is great when it comes to hidden rocks and whatever but I’d like better communication with routine maintenance stuff

I really enjoy living here. I wish it wasn’t so expensive but it’s worth it to give my kids a safe environment with great maintenance and amenities. I really enjoy the location as it has the long lake running alongside and it’s quite beautifully nested away from so much of the town noise. It can get rowdy in the back where some folks parking lot party but I find it cool that enough people who live here have built a small community.

I really enjoy living here. Everyone is so nice and caring. The grounds are very well kept and all my neighbors are very nice. The only thing that I would even possibly change would be to add another dumpster

I love the reserve of Thomas Glenn up until the last year. Maintenance can only do so much. They need more stuff and better lawn care. The grass needs more work in the apartment complex needs to be clean better now that we have new apartments going on again I’m sure it’s gonna be a whole different way of living and I’m sure we fix it up these apartments. The rates gonna go up which most of us can’t afford and unfortunately force us to move But overall my living experience up to now has been nothing but wonderful. We have had some maintenance that wasn’t so great and we had some staff at the office that had issues but for the most part, it has been nothing but feeling safe and proud to be a resident here I would recommend. I still recommend the apartment if you can afford it I love our maintenance.

It's been horrible. I'll be honest that management has known that for six months in my lease. I didn't have a washer and dryer. I received it about May or June and the fact that there was no remedy. No communication about that is insane. I was told that when I moved in, I would have one in my unit. I had to use the two washer and dryers in the office for about four months and no one said anything I will not be resigning here and I will not be recommending anyone to live here

When I first moved in, I had no complaints. Within the last year, the apartment complex has severely gone down hill. The stairs on the buildings are rickety and have loose boards and squeak whenever someone comes up or down. The "gym" is not useable- the only two pieces of equipment are broken. Laundry facility is also lacking: I've had machines eat my money on more than one occasion and you have to dry your clothes 2 or 3 times to actually get them dry. It's not an "upscale" complex anymore.

Such a cute neighborhood with very friendly staff and neighbors! Highly recommend! They are always offering free events (even include your pets) the pool area is super nice. Lots of places to walk your dog and cleanup stations placed everywhere. The lake view is beautiful

Prior to moving to Thomas glen, I lived at vines of stony brook and let me tell you it was HORRIBLE. There was mold in that apartment and flooring was a safety hazard. Maintenance and staff over there are a freaking joke. When me and my fiancé went around looking for a new place we stumbled upon Thomas glen and let me tell you how friendly the staff and community is. Hector the leasing agent was absolutely patient and friendly with us. Yes the apartment is expensive but it is WORTH the money and won’t move out for awhile lol. Also love to fish and they have pond to fish in!

I love living here. My view of the lake is beautiful and it’s mostly quiet. The pool is smaller than I would like but it’s not usually very busy. Maintenance is very fast to respond to service requests. The staff is nice and helpful

Was better when it was ran by Tanya, Brandi, and Whitney. Only good thing the new company has done is put in convenient digital locks on the doors. They also got rid of one of the best maintenance guys we have ever had cause he was “under qualified”. Too many geese and all they do is poop everywhere.

Other than my neighbors dogs barking at all hours of the night its a very pleasant place to live. The wildlife is fun. Lots of ducks and geese. Even a beaver. I will say I hate the swallows though. There is a nest on the staircase and the birds make a mess on the stairs because of it. Staff are all friendly so far.

It is very nice I really love the feeling of this apartment! Everyone is so nice, easy to get along with, and they mind their own business. They also salt the stairs when it snows! They plow the roads as well. However, I do think the stairs need maintenance badly.

The management sucks. There is no maintenance and nobody responds or helps it’s basically expensive for nothing. I never had good experience here and nobody answers about the amenities they promised while leasing

excellent location, well-maintained facilities, friendly and responsive management, spacious layout, quiet neighborhood, great amenities, and value for little extra over price. Great view from patio if you live on backside of building.
