Great property

Everytime I come here as a vendor I am greeted with happy faces this property is safe and clean the mgmt always takes care of there resident apts to make them fresh it's always a great environment an the office has refreshments.

Thanks for getting me out of the hotel so fast

I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Washer and dryer in the unit. 1st floor. There is so much parking available. The staff has been so helpful with suggestions, I am not from the area and would be lost without them.

Site unseen

I moved from out of state not sure what I was going to find out when I actually got there and seen the it in person. It was better than expected, and all the staff has been super helpful and nice. Also I was worried about hearing people above me or next to me, I haven’t heard anything! Highly recommend!

I’ve lived here for 11 yrs

Since Mrs. Keisha had been the property manager, I’ve notice some good changes on the property. I’ve also had a really good experience with her personally as a tenant. I called to get a few things taken care of in my apartment, and (Brandon) in the office really helped me out. Mr. (Dorian) came to look at some things in my apartment within the hour. He was also very pleasant to deal with, super professional, and very respectful of my space. I also liked that he kept his word to me. When he was running late he gave me a call to let me know, and I just really appreciated that! He also didn’t mind wearing bags on his feet so that my carpet didn’t get dirty lol ??!!! He was genuinely just a sweetie pie! As mentioned in the title, I’ve live her for over a decade, I’ve seen people come and go over the years, but I can honestly say that the people in the office and maintenance staff work hard and do their very best. Great Apartments

I stayed at these apartments for approx 2.5yrs. Was a pleasant stay, relatively quiet, gates worked, Amazon Hub on premises, new ownership made necessary repairs to facility (i.e. new speed bumps, new brighter lighting, etc). Grounds always kept clean, pool always clean. All maintenance requests were fixed within a day and a half, if not same day. The prices are more than fair, location good. Management helpful and nice!

I got a returned phone call from Brandon. I was happy somebody called me back. He was friendly and informative. I went in the next day for a tour. Very nice complex and it’s quiet. I plan on applying after the new year. I highly recommend this place!

Phenomenal

Brandon did my tour. He was so courteous and well-informed. I could tell he really loves his job. I ended up actually moving in and I haven’t had any problems. Whenever I have a maintenance issue, they go above and beyond to make sure my issue is fixed.

Loving my home

Amazing property

10/10 definitely recommend!

Exceptional Staff, Beautiful Property

Keisha, the property manager and the guy in the front office, not sure his name were beyond amazing as soon as I walked through the door, the guy greeted me with a warm welcome a s was ready to help. I actually lived at this property about 12 years ago, an important piece of mail was delivered to my old unit, I reached out to Keisha, who immediately called the current tenant, asked about the mail, and she held it in office for me to retrieve. I was even more surprised upon my arrival to grab my mail, at the upgrades, the upkeep and beauty of the complex Definitely go see Keisha or the nice gentleman if youre looking for your next apartment stay! Thanks again!

Good Management ??

I've been looking for a good apartment for 3 months now, and I've never been treated this nicely before. Brandon explained the process, showed me two apartments, and had me laughing at the same time. I even got to ask a resident a few questions and they said the management was super helpful! I'm strongly considering this spot.
