Spacious but not safe. Gunshots are heard every night. The corridors smell like marijuana and sometimes the smell travels into the apartments. Maintenance is non-existent and the office is always closed. One has to call a different location for anything to be done. My apartment is so damaged, it is almost inhabitable.

The community is okay..The apartments need to be renovated.. The new owners need to be more hands on with fixing the problems people have within their units. When I first moved in there was a lot of crime but it has died down a little bit.

we do need security. They are gun shots at random times of the day and night and people sitting in walkways under the stairs smoking pot. We also need someone to take care of this buildings that are empty boarding them up is not the solution.

Good apartment, no issues rarely but when do fast maintenance. Decent inside not a new modern design just regular. Haven't had any problems with neighbors. Actually won a blanket from office event. Plenty of places to walk which I love. Has two local stores nearby. Also, is real close to bus route. Plenty of parking. Great office staff.

Well the living area is beautiful but I have been having multiple issues with my air conditioner not blowing cold air it just blows cool no matter what temperature I put it on been asking for help for a week now the office doesn't answer the phone I have to get in touch with the landlord of Bellemont I in order to get in touch with someone

I've experienced some tragedy around the neighborhood. Not sure why rent is constantly rising with no improvement. My dishwasher is still out of order for the past 6 months. Roaches are coming from places I have no idea where they are coming from. I feel like I'm paying for amenities that I'm not getting. But for the most part it's a nice spacious apartment and I enjoy where I'm at. I just rent wasn't so damn high. ??

Trash everywhere on the grounds at any given time. Lawn not maintained giving the outside an unclean look and feel. The maintenance crew responds and fixes things in a timely manner. It's convenient and easy to pay your rent online.

In 2017 it was a great place to live. 2022 it started going down the drain with Ac breaking every other month, worms, roaches, apartment flooding from AC unit, ceiling leaking in bathroom w sewer water, homeless people staying in vacant apartments. Hard to get in touch w management. It was not the maintenance person bc 2 of them for sure would reach a helping hand off the clock if they could. Now the building is just falling apart. I followed procedures in putting in request for another unit upstairs on next street where i resided years ago, for over a year now. Never received a response. Parking is easier across from the high school. My tires have been slashed twice on top of neighbors window being broken. Etc on Stacy Dr. No parking spots that's not from bird droppings, flooded muddy sidewalks, nails and broke cars just taking up spots. We have neighbors w mental issues hollering to the top of his lungs all times of the day and night. Just ridiculous.

I wish my experience would have been better I love my apt but I was suppose to be in a 3 bedroom and not a 2. My neighbors are noisy and fight all the time.. They opens our packages and it's too much

In the beginning these apartments were nice to live in ?. But now they seem like their run down and ran by no one the grass is overgrown the apartments are not KEPT UP AT ALL BUSTED OUT WINDOWS ABANDONED UNITS TORE UP BLINDS IN MAJORITY OF THE UNITS THE APARTMENTS ARE STARTING TO LOOK LIKE NO ONE CARES AND IYS ACTUALLY PRETTY SAD
