I love the environment, and the overall look of the apartments. Also have great people that work there. The pool looks amazing, I love the seating available in the dog park. Nice gameroom and free drinks is a plus.

      I saw the community and called for a tour, the leasing agent was extremely friendly and scheduled me right away My tour was great, I was gifted a room spray which I love And I also left with a great amount of info and my follow up was timely and professional with more details about your current special with I greatly appreciate

        So far, I have no problems when moving in on my move in date. My apartment was clean, staff was helpful and maintenance helped me move in my TVs in the apartment?. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for a nice and safe place to live.

          I was reccommended the Waters by a co-worker and I'm so happy I went through the process. The ammentities are stunning, the apartments are brand new, and construction is happening on the other side of the complex so I don't have to worry too much about the downsides of living near construction.

            The location is nearly perfect. It has a vacation rental property feeling and makes you forget that you're in Baton Rouge and not the Bahamas. I also love the open concept feeling in the common area. Many places that I visited didn't have that and it really does make a huge difference in a home.

              The property was clean and had many amenities to keep you occupied without leaving the comfort of the community. The staff was amazing and the location couldn't be better. Everything was completely up to date and beautiful inside and out

                Even though the community is still under construction, we are thrilled at the appearance. The amenities are going to make living here a great experience. The area is secure. The location makes it easy to get to all the main areas of Baton Rouge. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming.
