We just moved in this week. The common areas are really nice. There's lots of seating areas, the pool is beautiful, the gym has really nice and new equipment. Everything is clean and well-maintained. We've run into a few other residents and they've all been very smiley and friendly, and one guy actually helped us carry a heavy box up the stairs. We have had to submit a few maintenance requests because we're the first tenants to ever live in this apartment. They have been incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful. All of our issues have been resolved quickly, including cosmetic issues that I didn't expect to be fixed. So far, 10/10 experience!

So far, my experience has been wonderful. Maintenance services requests promptly and professionally, leasing agents and other staff members are polite, and other tenants are pleasant to be around. This is my first full month; so, I am excited to see how things progress.

Talking to staff when touring was good. Although, some of my questions were answered, but to later find out the information was inaccurate. After the move in, staffs attitude changed from cheerful sales pitch to "don't bother me" with questions.

What a lovely, welcoming place. The fact that EV chargers are in development is the reason this apartment hit the top of my list. They also have sophisticated package pickup systems, making it more secure to do all of your online shopping. The space is fresh and modern, and the location puts you in the center of everything you need!

Excellent love the place pool, gym, game room, all facilities are awesome. The staff is awesome the community events are awesome. All good things to says and the whole place is still not all open yet. Can't wait for the whole place to open.

The Waters is a beautiful community with great amenities for renters. The apartments are spacious and well designed with great features. I especially loved the kitchen and balcony! The bedroom closet was my only concern. It was too small to fit much of anything in it. These apartments deserve a spacious walk in closet.

The staff, maintenance, yard and pool workers are very dedicated to their job and respond right away. The yard crew comes every day and blows all walkways and weeds the flower beds. They also pressure wash around the pool area and skim the pool.

Very nice, in a great area, lots on amenities, love the design and layout of the apartment. Love that it is new, apartment complex is not complete yet. But the leasing agent was very informative about what the plans were for the rest of the complex.

I just moved in, however the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about the wellbeing of their residents. The move in process went smoothly. I have no complaints/issues thus far.

Drove by looking at other apartments. Made a tour reservations. Felt welcomed as soon as we walked in. Was able to see most of the amenities but couldn't see any model units as they were still being built.

The apartments are still under construction but the amenities are top notch. Location is a big positive as well. Certainly would like you tour when apartments are ready for moving. Staff was pleasant and answered all of the early questions.
