Great apartment and surroundings. Office personnel are friendly and very helpful. Community events are great. Neighbors are friendly. Secured parking is very good. Maintenance worked fast to complete service orders.

The property is beautiful, the amenities are exceptional . This is a new construction so everything would be brand new .The water is on a Main Street which puts you in proximity to food options and shopping .

I really enjoyed the tour of the complex. Ms. Ashley was very knowledgeable and helpful. The different amenities the complex offers are amazing and well worth the price. The cleanliness of the unit was very pleasing

My experience was very welcoming, professional and very informative. Although I was not able to see a 3 bedroom, I was able to see pictures and insured I will be contacted when they are completely finished with the building.

My experience at The Waters at the Promenade has been excellent so far. The community is well managed, welcoming, and responsive. Ms. Christina, the Community Manager, is an exceptional leader and communicator who ensures everything runs smoothly, while Ms. Melisa, the Assistant Community Manager, is attentive, helpful, and consistently goes above and beyond for residents. Together with the entire team, they create a professional, organized, and genuinely supportive living environment. I would highly recommend this community to future renters.

The apartments are really nice, an the rental leaser was really nice. She gave me an overall view of the apartment. Everything was beautiful, I love the layout of the pool area. It looks like a nice place to live and be comfortable
