I had a house fire and State Farm put me in a hotel then Ashford. Tonya worked very hard with me and the insurance company to make sure that I was taken care of. I was frustrated and at my wits end. I called Ashford upset because of my furniture not being there in time and tired of being in the hotel. And my move in date had changed. Tonya was my Godsend. She reassured me that my unit was secured at Ashford and gave me some great advise. I will never forget the kind words and the caring spirit of Tonya. Thank you so much!

Dynamic Duo 911

Dishwasher went out. 2 days later the 911 Dynamic Duo brought in a new one, removed the old and installed within 40 minutes. Our maintenance staff is small in number but they are mighty. Head of maintenance, Will Wheeler, is so knowledgeable and conscientious about Ashford Place. I have seen him many times after hours taking care of resident needs!!! Thanks guys!!

Fridge issue

We have fridge issue I opened request since 01/28 they came and checked and say we will be back today is 02/05 all my food is spoiled and no one take action from their side. Today(02/05) they bring me another one after I threw more than 70$ spoiled food.

Love the homelike environment

This is a home felt environment. I’ve been living here for a long time. It feels like coming home. I love living here. The staff and neighbors make living here feel like family. You can feel comfortable being at Ashford Place. All needs are being met and you can enjoy all the things Ashford Pace has to offer such as the dog park. My fur babies love to run around and I’m comfortable knowing they are safe.

Best apartments in north Louisiana

I lived at Ashford Place for one year and never had any problems. I did read a few reviews that weren’t so good, but I never had any issues in. Enjoyed my time there. The apartments are nice, quiet, and safe. I’d still be there but I got married and bought a house.

5 star property, 5 star staff

Recently a lot of work has been happening on property. It’s looking good! The girls in the office are great. They send emails notifying the residents of things coming up and work on property starting. I really love they have community events. Recently we had a valentines party. We really enjoy living here.

Great Team!

Christina and her team are great! They have worked really hard to turn around the community. They have done an amazing job in such a short amount of time. This community is turning into the beautiful place we all knew it would be.

Greatest place ever!

Best place ever. Tonya helped us get our apartment picked out long distance(from Florida). I had surgery and Bridgette and Tonya were very helpful making sure everything was working properly. It was like coming home but even better. Again Best place ever. .Any issues with the apartment gets taken care of promptly. Location is fantastic close to everything. Apartments are clean and roomy. Love it!!

Love living here. Entire staff, from management, maintenance and groundskeeper is great, quick to help with any issues, and wonderful to work with. We have just renewed our lease, and look forward to this being “home” for a long, long time.

The pictures on the web site for Ashford Place are lovely. The way the complex really looks is nothing like these pictures. Repairs form last summers storm season have not been performed and it is 8 months since the last hurricane. Ashford Place does not honor their end of the contract they have tenant’s sign. Currently there are over 30 apartments without air conditioning. Trash is not picked up often enough, dumpsters are always overflowing with garbage and well imagine that smell. When calling the office, it is an extremely rare that someone answers the telephone. If you call the corporate office, they do not answer the phone either, not even the receptionist.

A/C Was out for the last 7 months of my stay. Gate never worked so it being advertised as a gated community is false. Phone calls to the office were never answered and maintenance never resolved any of the work-orders.

Hi I am a current resident we all are extremely dissatisfied although signed the lease but they are charging month to month lease which is extremely high the leasing official when sent so many emails they don’t even answer highly arrogant and unprofessional even a small request takes so much time to address completely unprofessional and no one is happy with them

The Leasing office Manager is Arrogant and Unprofessional. Never seen such irresponsible behavior. Worst Ever !! A "One" Star Rating is extremely high. I wish there was an option to give an NPS of "Zero"

Very beautiful apartment with large floor plans at nominal rent. Enterprising and Helpful staff always ready to offer excellent service. Situated near very good rated school. Maintenance is very good. Would highly recommend this apartment to others.

Ashford is the perfect home for my family and I! We have yet to run into a major issue! The maintence guys are so nice and prompt and speak whenever they see me. My kids love it here! They have made several friends at the pool and a couple fur pals!??

I wish there was an option to say how bad the staff is. Just not worth spending the $$ rent for the treatment one gets from the new ladies at the office. Totally disgusting. Dear owner, please train them to be better human being! no respect at all to people, and yet they are still on the site. I can vouch for very few who are in the team, ---- is one of them, they other lady ------ was sweet , but she was fired a couple months back. This is no longer the place I would recommend to people! Very disheartening

During my stay I enjoyed dealing with the very professional staff in the leasing office and found the maintenance group took care of any complaints in a timely fashion plus they followed up to make sure that I was happy with their work. It was a joy to live there.

Lots of great amenities! Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice place to stay! Our 1 bedroom has plenty of space for us and our dog. It's quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Happy to call this place our home!

Best place in town! We love it here at Ashford Place! There are so many amenities and lots of kids for my child to play with! The staff is always friendly and quick to handle any issues that arise! My parents helped me move here to Ashford Place after I graduated college. Being gated & having an on-site courtesy officer made this property #1 on our list, especially since I would be living in a new state. My apartment is incredible, with high vaulted ceilings & a ton of storage space. I love it here & would highly recommend it to all of my friends & family.
