Great until it isn't

Everything was good but when you leave make sure you have document proof and understand completely or else they will get you for something they did when I moved in the ac didnt work and I had mice in the attic other than that its a okay place but sugar mill is just a hype dont buy into it these people are rude.

Great so far other than the mud/dust. Would like to see something done about the driveways in the alley where everyone drives up and cuts the curves, it will always be muddy. Need to have community socials so we can meet/greet each other.

Everything has been an amazing experience from the staff to the cute little cottage I moved into. Stacy Frederick is the leasing manager at the location I am currently at and she is just awesome. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone I know who needs a place to live.

Great place with great staff. Every detail has been addressed for a first-class living experience. On top of very extraordinarily thought out individual floor plan, the community fits in well with the local culture for an overall comfortable and quiet lifestyle.

I recently relocated from out of state and moved into my new home over the weekend. When I arrived, I encountered some unexpected challenges, and I was feeling incredibly overwhelmed. First thing Monday morning, I visited the leasing office and was met with nothing but kindness, patience, and a true willingness to help. Stacy and Grant went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported. They immediately worked with me to find a solution. The Cottages are beautiful, well constructed homes in such a desirable area. Residents I've met thus far have been incredibly kind. What takes the cake though is the level of compassion and professionalism the property management team showed - and turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I'm genuinely grateful for the way they handled everything. It's rare to find a team that truly listens and acts with care, and I can confidently say Stacy and Grant embody exactly that. Thank you both for making this transition feel like home.

I had a great experience renting my townhome! From the very beginning, the process was smooth and stress-free. The leasing office was professional, responsive, and answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and exactly as advertised?if not better. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to call home during my lease. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free living experience!

Living at The Cottages at SMP is a unique opportunity for rental housing within the larger community of Sugar Mill Pond. Maintenance issues are all related to new construction and have been/are being addressed. I'm anxiously awaiting the opening of our swimming pool! Despite ongoing construction, we live in a very quiet neighborhood and anticipate meeting even more really nice folks who discover this great little hidden treasure.
