We very much enjoy the overall area close to shopping and major highways the noise level in these apts are very high and the plumbing and kitchen appliances as well as the counters are very old. External landscape is great

Great experience all the staff is great property is always well maintained. Noise level in the apartments need to improve as well as the internal apartment it self. The ease of getting to the stores and banks as well as restaurants is great

The office staff and maintenance are 5 stars across the board. The grounds are kept really beautiful. The noise level while in the apartment is very high and the internal parts of the apartment could use updating.

The Community has always been kept very clean and communications with all staff has always been excellent. Location is excellent close to highways and shopping. Apartments internally could use some upgrades.

Excellent community close to shopping, beaches, and commuter trains. Exterior always looks great interior needs work. People are very friendly and the pool and clubhouse are a really nice place to hangout and socialize
