Beverly Commons Apartments are clean, quiet, and have family atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful, especially in spring and summer when they are meticulously maintained with beautiful flowers. The green space here opposed to concrete high-rise surroundings of downtown was a big draw for me. Also, the location couldn't be more convenient - - close to 128, shopping plaza, schools, and much more.

So far, my experience has been pleasant. A few items that I would improve upon are the one washer and one dryer per building and better laundry etiquette. The lack of recycling is concerning, and the recent snow removal wasn't as good as I would have hoped. The cleanup in the parking spaces wasn't done well. I'm hoping that in future, bigger storms there will be small Bobcats coming in to clean up the spaces better. It would be helpful to have peepholes in the doors.
