I loved the Beverly Commons Community when I came here in 2015. I am disappointed that after all this time, rent is being raised to unmanageable levels without any improvements to the property or my apartment. I would understand if the apartments and the property provided amenities equal to those of other newer developments in the area. No microwave, no hose in kitchen sink, tiny mailboxes, no adult pool hours (influx of children makes for a noisy and sometimes chaotic pool experience), more dogs in my building than I would like (nobody asked building residents before making my building the dog friendly one). Building seems dirtier now - due to kids and dogs - and the smell of dog pee is noticeable. Love the management and maintenance staff - and I understand they have no control over rent increases or upgrades - just disappointed that no consideration seemed to be given to those of us that have lived here for several years. I am just disappointed.

Beverly Commons is a quiet community in a great location - it is close to shopping, restaurants, the commuter rail and route 128. The property manager is awesome - the maintenance staff is prompt and reliable.

Love it here. Heather is AWESOME! Quiet. Suggestions:: mailboxes need to be bigger. Pool needs adult only time. I would love to have a hose in the sink. I think there are too many animals around the complex.

Great community. Quiet. Management and maintenance staff are responsive and great people to work with. The complex is convenient to 128, shopping, and activities. The grounds are pretty and snow removal is quick and thorough.
