love beverly commons it's close to everything you need the staff is great the area is clean the winter plow team needs to be able to do a little bit better job i also think that i have ben retired this year and will have to adjust to living on a fixed income

I have lived here now 11 years I like the staff and maintenance. dept very professional the rent is what the market is calling for but rent is going up every where . the upkeep is very good the buildings are always clean the have life guards for the pool every summer I wish the pool was bigger when it is hot it gets very crowded the winters the snow removal could be better when there is a storm the parking spaces are not plowed out sometimes all in all this is a very good place to live access to everything highways shopping work and beaches
