It's a great community community live in, nice neighbors and staff. The only challenge we have is the noise at Shaws plaza with early morning deliveries which we are working out with the city currently

Its been a great experience. The tenants are all really friendly, and the staff at Beverly Commons are are extremely profressional, friendly, and down to earth. The pool is great in the summer with the grills available as well. Hoping it will be back open this summer 2021!

Its been wonderful from the time we moved in until now. Tenants are friendly, and management is always responsive and professional. We absolutely love the pool, clubhouse, and the beautiful grounds. We also love how quiet our building is. Ver satisfied here!
