I like a lot the community, my apartment is spacious, the neighbors are friendly and the staff always ready to answer my questions and concerns, even on Sundays. They are some common activities and spaces like the swimming pool area and the breakfast every weekday.

It is a great area. Walking distance from train station, groceries, restaurants, gas station, UPS store and pharmacy. The neighborhood is kind. Office team is super nice. Parking is easy and comfortable.

The first contact with this community was very welcoming and friendly. The explanation and negotiation were smooth and I decided the same day to rent my unit at Beverly Commons. Last week I needed some maintenance support and I experienced no issues.

The cost benefit is worthy for my budget. The location is very good, grocery, restaurant, pharmacy at walking distance, quiet and clean, the buildings very well preserved. The green area very pleasant and the apartment size is comfortable.
