The friendliness of the office staff was awesome. They made me feel comfortable and tge move was great. There is shaws within walking distance, 2 min to Beverly Hospital, 5 min to downtown and 2 min to RT 128. The apartment is pretty much closed to everything and is 1 reason I choose Beverly Commons

I don&#39;t agree with any of the bad reviews on this site. The manager&#44; Joe&#44; is amazing. The two or three times that we have put in a maintenance request&#44; he has fixed it that day. He&#39;s not the most personable person&#44; but we&#39;re not paying rent for him to be our friend. He does a great job. 

Compared to the other places we have looked at in the area&#44; this is one of the cheapest and nicest places. It includes a pool&#44; and a continental breakfast. The only down side that we have is that their is not a washing machine in our actual apartment. With that being said&#44; we&#39;ve never had a problem getting our laundry done downstairs. We rarely are waiting in &#34;line&#34; to do our laundry. Our rent includes all of our utilities. I love the staff. They are truly wonderful.

WONDERFUL! Great staff and wonderful Apartments

The first contact with this community was very welcoming and friendly. The explanation and negotiation were smooth and I decided the same day to rent my unit at Beverly Commons. Last week I needed some maintenance support and I experienced no issues.

Beverly commons is a very well run property and has made a great home   these past few years. It will be nice when the pool reopens . people living in the commons are very nice. The grounds always look beautiful

Very nice community apartments.  Awesome staff. Pool,fitness room,and. Continental breakfast a nice ameneties. Security doors and laundry are great features. Grounds are well kept. No smoking policy was implemented recently which is a definite plus.

I am very pleased that I have this place and I will make the best of it as for the staff Nicole and Heather been very nice to me and I intend to do my part and keep up on my rent which I am I well appreciate to help from these ladies thank you so much they are both aces in my book

Run fake old apartments not maintained 

Very dated apartments. Carpet worn-shower dirty-nice people-rent continues to go up without without even minor upgrades to apartment. Staff tries to be rsposive but they seem not have control on any substantial upgrades.
Community lounge beautiful but locked for people who work during the day.
