It's a safe, quiet and peaceful community, might be the best place in the city. Maintenance concerns are handled very well. No regrets for signing up for a long term lease. Price is reasonable enough.

We love it here. It's always so clean and well-maintained. We feel very safe and at home. Facilities are so great! We also love the maintenance people. They're always on top of things! The other amenities are always well maintained and working.
