I very much like the Beverly Commons community. My apartment building and most of occupants are pleasant and considerate and respectful of each other. I however should have been more aware, more inquisitive about the buildings resident population. Unfortunately not all residents are respectful of the fact that their environment is shared with many others. 99% of those living here realize that fact.

I have resided in this community for a very short time, five months. I would say that the majority of the residents are friendly and helpful. Interaction with both office and maintenance staff is friendly and productive.

Majority of residents are quite respectful of their neighbors. A few are less than that. Unfortunately these few seem to have little concern for the environment of the remaining residents. Young children are allowed to be running and screaming as late as 10 P.M.

My experience so far is limited. I have only been a resident for approximately a month and a half. Surroundings are generally very quiet. Most often the environment and occupants are positive. Everything I require is within driving or walking distance.

I have less than one month of residency in my apartment here. The community is located in quiet peaceful surroundings. Access to the local businesses is easy. Also provides easy access to major travel routes to shopping plazas, hospitals, restaurants, etc.
