We moved in and have been very satisfied with the 2 bedroom apt. We have met a few people in the building and all have been friendly and one in particular has been very helpful to us. All appliances in kitchen are first rate. For a small kitchen, it has pretty good cabinet space. The staff ((Heather and Jack) have been helpful in giving us all information about the Commons. We found the living room and bedroom very spacious. What is really great is the closet space!! all with shelf space. What drew us to the Commons in the first place is the park like surroundings, building design and the plantings in season.

So far we are very pleased with the community. We like the idea of a park atmosphere and not a building in a cement parking lot. The apartments are in very good shape when you move in and the appliances are very good.

Living in Beverly Commons gives us access to a very diversified shopping area. Most shopping and banking needs are met. Also we like the park atmosphere afforded at Beverly Commons. The grounds are kept up very well.

Everyone was very friendly Managers were helpful. They explained the rental rates very clearly. Showed us the model so we were family with apartment. That allowed us to figure out what furniture to bring.
