It is good and comfortable. Specially the maintenance effort during snow storm is remarkable. Other than that, the location is good. Shops, gyms everything is nearby. Rent is a bit higher. But that can be manageable. I want to stay at least one more year.

Good, friendly, shops are nearby, specially management involvement during the Storm was awesome. I got awesome services during odd times even. We have access to any commute easily specially north Beverly station
