The staff at the office are both courteous and helpful. That being said the maintenance team does not respond in an appropriate amount of time. When my family and I first moved in we were told that the tub needed to be reglazed. This was not an issue except for the fact that it didn't happen until almost 3 weeks after we moved in. This is much different than the first Thursday we were there as it was described to us. also, after moving in, there was a clear amount of mold coming through the paint on the ceiling of the shower area. The team came back the following day to "clean up" and remove tape from the shower and pick up from where they painted. Needless to say, I ended up having to vacuum paint shavings and remove tape that was left after the second time the maintenance team had been on scene. I tried to brush it off but the problem continued with a frozen pipe that broke despite cranking up the heat in an attempt to avoid this. When the pipe thawed, water flooded the apartment. It has been almost a month and we still have machines limiting the space of our living area due to the leak. I was les than impressed by how this was handled. I do understand that we were not the only unit to have an issue but at no time did staff attempt to assist us in any way or attempt to make up for the trouble of not having heat on the two coldest recorded days in Mass history in the month of January.
