Do not move here. Danielle is a terrible manager. I think anyone else could do her job better, all it takes is to actually care. The amenities rarely functioned over the summer. There were never emails about what was broken or when it was going to fixed. They hide in the office avoiding questions.

Everything is great. I love the design of the whole building and the design of my apartment. I wish there were balconies and bigger garage spaces in the garage parking. The community is interesting and kind.

I have not lived at the eddy long but I have already been greeted by my neighbors and have met other individuals in the building. It seems like a very lively building and house a lot of great people. I am very excited to get to know some others that live here

It is a great community, they have efficient maintenance and concierge, when the parking lift had problem, they can cover the fee you use Uber or zipcar, and the neighborhood are so nice, about 50% of residents had a dog which means in the elevator you always can meet the dog and can touch them, they are so cute

The Eddy is just the perfect balance between city/suburban life. You have the best view of the skyline, yet you’re in a cozy quiet neighborhood with spacious sidewalks, flat roads, accessible parks, beautiful views, easy highway access bringing you to the financial district in a mere 10 minutes, the airport in a mere 5 minutes, and walkable grocery stores! No industrial commotion nearby, and very low volume of tourism.

The views and surrounding areas are nice. Everything is pretty much within walking distance. The concierge staff are nice for the most part. In my opinion Christian is the most helpful and professional from the leasing office.

The view is incredible and neighbors are nice. Building is not that well-maintained, especially the gym. Broken equipment, AC does not work well, and very incomplete in terms of equipment. Most staff is nice and helpful, but some are the extreme opposite.

The Eddy is a great place to live in Boston with excellent views of the East Boston waterfront and also the Boston skyline. My time at the Eddy has been wonderful and maintenance issues are often taken care of on time. The Eddy is an excellent option since it has great views, it's close to the Maverick T station, and it is the perfect location to get outdoors and enjoy walks along the East Boston greenway or harborfront.

Pleasent building, excellent apartment, pricy but worth of, good managers and personal, very clean, could be more quiet bit acceptable, could be 100% non smoking area, but always someone smokes you cant do much, too much pet friendly, very profesional and educatedmanagers and staff, this is the most important benefit, efficient connections to the center of the city, exactelly what i was looking for. thank you

Horrible management, I feel violated living here and there is no privacy. Concierge are bunch of pricks. Car matrix is a broken piece of garbage. They made me late to multiple meetings and because of it I have lost thousands of dollars. They offered me a -------- resolution that didn’t make it any better. Find a better apartment for your money.

It's been good so far. Maintenance issues generally get addressed quickly. Amenities are nice. Staff regularly cleans building so it doesn't smell too much like dog. The apartments have washer/dryer and dishwashers in unit.

This building is stunning, with a great community around. The lifestyle here is healthy and sustainable which I liked a lot. The residents here are friendly. The most appealing feature of Eddy is their view and the amenities building on the view. Nice place

The Eddy is amazing. The building is beautifully constructed with amazing appliances. We are situated among the water with incredible views of Boston. The staff (on all levels) are incredible and helpful. We are right near public transport, restaurants and stores. I cant recommend it enough.

Concierges are awesome - super nice and helpful. And the building is nice and clean. The outdoor furniture is back for the spring/summer/fall so I am psyched to use the roof deck and pool area. I moved in right before they removed the outdoor furniture for the winter so never got to hang out by the outdoor fireplaces but am super psyched to do that now. And I can't wait for them to open the pool. Also, having a pet is super easy - lost of grassy area right outside to walk your dog, and I haven't met one aggressive dog at all.

I have lived in East Boston my whole life . It is great to experience the luxury apartment and accommodations that the building has to offer. I love being able to watch the sunrise by walking right out of the front door every morning. It is the highlight of my day.

Ive been experiencing terrible smoke smell issues since Day 1 and its been 2 months. The smoke smell comes from near disposal unit every couple of hours. I have contacted the management and concierge about this several times, but it hasnt been solved yet. The concierge team has been responsive, knocking on my neighbors doors and I appreciate it. Ive suggested the management team takes proactive measures by emailing the neighbors or posting a no-smoking signs a few times, in addition to these reactive measures, but it hasnt happened for 2 months. A few days ago (2 months after I first reported the issue), the management offered to have someone enter my apartment and check if the issue is related to HVAC. I appreciate it. But I cant say the management team has been quick and responsive in trying to address the health-related issues. I cant say they care enough about the health of the residents.

I'm on my fourth lease agreement at The Eddy. It has been my home since my arrival in Boston and I thank them for making it a welcoming & liveable community. Looking forward for the day when we no longer have to limit our activities due to Covid and can once again interact with my fellow residents in the common areas.

Staff is wonderful here and overall the community is really nice. There's been a lot of turnover in apartments and unfortunately right now one of the new residents on my floor is quite loud with parties on the weekends. That could be true in any apartment building, so besides that small piece of bad luck I would absolutely recommend living here.

I just recently moved in and could not have had a better experience. The park is perfect for my dog and the parking garage is well organized and convenient. The apartment was spotless when I moved-in and was even better than the pictures online. The view of the Boston skyline is easily my favorite part (both during the day and at night). Overall, a perfect place to live.
