Tony and Cliff from the maintenance team are amazing! They’re so responsive, efficient, helpful and friendly. We had a problem with our oven and they took care of it for us so fast. They’re also great with our puppy!

Amazing Maintenance Team!

I was experiencing some issues with my laundry dryer, and once the ticket was submitted Tony and his maintenance team came to look at the issue promptly, and eventually replaced the dryer altogether with a quick turnaround. Tony is always so friendly, efficient, and knows what he’s doing. Another feature of the team here being so great!

[Incentivized Review] I have been living in The Harvey for almost 5 years in October. Scott and Natasha always take time out of their busy day to say hello to the residents and remember our names. If any conflict or confusion arrives, they go above and beyond to find a solution and resolution. The garage has a great EV charger to charge your EV vehicle and better yet…it’s free to charge your car. Although I’m going to relocate soon, I’m going to miss living here. The building smells really good as well in the morning when the cleaners get here, they make sure all the common areas are cleaned and refreshing. They have a nice sun deck with garden boxes and a water machine that has sparkling water in it. I’m also going to miss the water fountains and the scenery outside especially the wild rabbits that hop around at night. I would definitely recommend this place for someone to move here. I do wish there was night time concierge as well

Great place for dog owners

We love living at the Harvey. We have been here for a year and a half and love the attentiveness of staff, resident events, and the cleanliness of the apartment building. But the biggest shout out is to Ben and his warm greetings, genuine kindness, and enthusiastic helpfulness. Not only do my husband and I appreciate him, but our two dogs absolutely love him, too! They get so excited every time they see him--its clear he has a special way not just with humans but animals, too! Whether its a friendly chat, a helping hand, or just his positive energy, he always makes our day better. When he's not there, we genuinely feel his absence (so much so that the dogs will start looking around for him around his desk) its just not the same without his welcoming presence. He goes above and beyond to make everyone feel valued, and we are so grateful to have him as part of our community!

Good value in a fun part of town

[Incentivized Review] Good amenities and great service in the heart of Hood Park, which is a new destination location for food, nightlife, and festivals. After one year I especially recommend The Harvey to working professionals and pet owners. My favorite part of the apartment is the staff, who are always innovating new ways to foster a neighborly environment!

Very happy I chose to live at The Harvey

I moved into The Harvey one month ago and could not be happier with my decision. I looked at a number of buildings and I’m glad I chose to live at The Harvey. Super convenient location with multiple ways to get downtown using public transportation. The building is quite with minimal noise between the units. It’s very clean and well-maintained. The unit itself is great. I’ve met many of the neighbors and everyone is super friendly and welcoming. Above all, the management staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. They’re always willing to answer any question I have or help with anything. I would recommend The Harvey to anyone.

Convenient location and well managed building

Easy commute to the city or to assembly row. Great restaurants within walking distance. The team managing the building is professional and friendly. The building is well managed with a luxurious touch. 10 out of 10 recommend it.

We’ve lived at the Harvey since 2022. Staff and management are friendly, professional, and prompt at responding to inquiries. We have especially appreciated the maintenance staff (shout out Tony) for their efficient and effective assistance for all maintenance requests.

Excellent throughout

I have been living in the Harvey since 2021. It has been overall excellent and well maintained. The staff team Paige (ex-Harvey) , Alex and current staffs has always been friendly and helpful. I very much appreciate the sense of community they try to foster with new events every month and pet showcases.

I have lived at the Harvey since 2020 and I love being a resident here. I like how it is so close to public transport, Assembly Row, grocery stores, and the restaurants and other stores in Charlestown. It's also great because depending on which direction you walk, you can be in Cambridge, Somerville, Everett, and downtown Boston within half an hour on foot. It is so convenient! My apartment has amazing natural light which has been great while working remotely. The building is clean and well taken care of. The maintenance team is awesome. The building team members put on various events. Recently, there was a virtual paint and sip which was a lot of fun. I highly recommend this building to anyone!

I love The Harvey. Have lived here since June, and have no complaints. So many wonderful amenities, and the property managers are all so friendly. The place is also constantly adding to amenities which is amazing. Great outdoor spaces, and even amenities for the dog!

Pros: New looking building and unit with a decent location and friendly front desk and maintenance staff. Cons: Management (Property Manager) is difficult to work with and made it seem like I was not a valued resident/customer when communicating through various issues I was facing from day one. Construction and street sounds radiate into the unit from the large windows (windows let a lot of light in which is nice). Walls and doors transmit various noises from neighbors including walking sounds, laughing, loud TVs, door slamming, and even sneezing. Overpriced for the amenities, service, and quality of life you get living here.

Overpriced and not worth it. Bozzuto is much better as selling you an apartment and horribly mismanage on a daily basis. Their pandemic response has been pathetic. I stopped taking their surveys since they don't do anything with the information they collect.

The apartment is beautiful. The amenities are incredible. The common areas are always clean. The staff are super friendly. Requests are responded to quickly and professionally. We couldn't be happier with our choice to move to The Harvey!
