The community is great. It is really quiet. I can't hear my neighbors. The grounds are always clean and maintained. Maintenance handles requests promptly. There is a pool, a gym, and a playground for kids to play in. The community is pet friendly.

Personally, I have nothing to complain about. I am lucky and fortunate to live in such an accomodating, hospitable, community, The staff, including maintenance, are always understanding of any/all issues I have had. Including the staff, my unit, feels like "home." Maintenance is completely on top of any problems I may have within my unit. MillAnd3 apartments is a top notch apartment community in a great, convenient location. The staff and community are both wonderful. The amenities are well kept and include a fitness room, shared spaces and a pool. The community is welcoming to pets as well with many dog waste stations throughout the property. All in all, a great place to call home!

The property is very well maintained and secure. Everything from lobby and hallway cleaning to landscaping to pool maintenance is top notch. Any issue that has been raised through normal wear and tear is immediately fixed or remedied as if I went to a store to fix it myself. It is very easy living here and well worth the money which is arguably similar to mortgage costs in the area minus the additional overhead costs of other typical services like landscaping, pest control, property taxes, etc.

People have been nice & it's fun to see so many dogs. Even though there are a lot of dogs, it doesn't get loud. People are mindful of not being loud at night too. I've been enjoying living here because people are generally very easygoing.

Great management team; and maintenance team ; response time great - issues/requests resolved in timely manner. It woujd be nice to have a separate area for the cooking bbq grills in spring and summer closer to each individual buikding. Otherwise very satisfied

Hard to get bad neighbors out. Also the building is not clean. Needs to be vacuumed not a sweep here and there. The floors are done with a mop and dirty water from the other buildings. The should be speed bumps.

A great place to live. Location for me is very handy to 495 and rt 3. Witching a few miles of grocery store also. The staff has been very professional and attentive to any requests for maintenance. I have a heated garage in my building accessible by stairs or elevator. The complex is relatively small and quiet.
