Artemas is a great building with a very nice location. The apartments are well maintained and the amenities are very new. It seems also a quiet environment and the staff was super helpful. Rodney toured us during our visit and he was very friendly and helpful.

The team here is great and always helpful. The community is clean, well-maintained, and feels very comfortable to live in. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and communication is clear and professional. Overall, I've had a very positive experience living here and would recommend it to others.

Great help from the leasing office making the move in process so easy! Prior to moving in I was able to get all my questions answered by Josue, who was very patient, friendly and easy to work with. The community so far has been wonderful and the building is beautiful and all the amenities are great!

The apartment complex is new and is very nice. The amenities are great, but I only use the gym. I definitely think the gym could be better. I think it is missing key equipment, but it's definitely enough to stay in shape. The staff are all very friendly. Maintenance issues are handled quickly.

Great experience! I love my apartment. The location is great. There's so much to do around here. I love that. I'm close to Station Landing and assembly row. I can't wait to experience this community during the summer.
