Living at Jade has been a pleasure

Living at Jade has been an awesome experience and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live. I love the events the staff put together (especially the sushi ones) and I really appreciate how well maintained the property is. The pool and courtyard are wonderful spots to relax and enjoy the weather. The office staff are kind and helpful, they've created an environment where I feel appreciated. Small interactions with them can brighten your day. The maintenance team is also great-quick to respond, respectful of our space, and consistent in making everything run smoothly. I'm very grateful to have found Jade and it's clear that they devote a lot of energy into caring for the property and resident experience.

Happy to Call Jade Home

I moved into Jade Everett Apartments last May , and after living here for quite some time, I can confidently say it has been a wonderful experience. The building truly has the feeling of a brand-new luxury community — everything is beautifully designed, modern, and very well maintained. It’s a special feeling to live somewhere where every detail feels fresh, clean, and thoughtfully curated. During my time here, I also transferred from one apartment to another within the building, and the process was incredibly smooth. The team helped me to find the perfect apartment. They made the entire transition seamless and stress-free, which I really appreciated. A special thank you to Priscilla, Erin, and Chino for their professionalism, support, and warm approach. They consistently go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable and valued. Living at Jade feels like being part of a well-run, welcoming community, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a modern luxury apartment near Boston.

Life at Jade

Really happy with the management here. Chino and Priscilla are always helpful and easy to talk to. They’re knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely seem to care about the residents. Any time I’ve reached out, they’ve handled things quickly and with great customer service. It’s nice having a team that keeps things running smoothly

I love it here!

I am absolutely delighted to have chosen Jade as my home! The apartment itself is roomy, new, and designed well. The gym is fully equipped with everything my boyfriend and I need! We appreciate the third floor lounge and LOVE the pool area as well. I really can’t say enough positive things about the entire staff, Zach on the maintenance crew is so friendly, and so responsive to our needs! Maintenance and housekeeping keep the building in such great condition, and the leasing staff always goes above and beyond to support us. Huge thank you to the Jade team for all they do to keep this community safe, welcoming, and beautiful! ??
