I have enjoyed living here.I have met a few of my neighbors and they are also very pleasant. I find it noisy early in the morning as people leaving slam their doors. I guess they have forgotten that all of us don't have to go out to work. I feel that many of our residents feel that the rules are not for them.

I have loved the community I found. It is kept clean and it is continually quiet. I have met some neighbors and it's been nice. The ladies in the leasing office are always prompt to respond to any questions I may have. Any time I've had any maintenance requests they are completed in a timely manner. If I am not present when they are completed, they will leave me a not to say it is done. I love the natural light I get each day and love the ample space I have but was able to make it cozy for me.

Great company that is very responsive to any and all issues. Staff is professional and very responsive to everything that is important to this campus. Snow removal has been a challenge but I believe this maintenance company is doing an excellent job despite this Winter accumulation.

I didn't really want to move, but it was time. It has taken me a while to feel comfortable and settle in. I feel comfortable here and enjoy my view of the courtyard and watching people outside with their dogs. My apartment is comfortable and homey.

Brand new! Apartments are very nice and property is maintained well. Next to a big gym and pool, but no huge amenities on the property besides the club house and good coffee machine. They also have a pet spa but no dog park!

The staff has been extremely helpful with the move and with all of my questions. It was a seamless application process as well as a seamless move in. So far it's super quiet and the apartment is very quaint. I love seeing all of the dog owners

The staff here is wonderful. They are very courteous, helpful and quick to deal with any issues. They are very neighbors are very friendly. The noise level in the building is very quiet and you can't hear any noise coming from the adjoining apartment. It's a very nice community.

The apartments are brand new and very nice. The technology within the apartment is nice. We love our home & we love that it's a pet friendly community. We've made some great friends here. We also like the referral incentives here , we got family to move in also.

I moved into the James apartments November 2025. The leasing office staff were amazing answering my every phone call (sometimes multiple a day) and every question along the way. The community here is super nice and full of great people. The location is awesome too having a full size gym within walking distance and being right off the highway makes my commute to work a breeze. I cannot say enough great things about this apartment complex!

Great choice, fits our lifestyle perfectly, big apt, club house is awesome, staff are the best. Who ever is looking to move in Haverhill, this is a good place to live. I recommend living here to anyone who ask.

Great place to live, access to all major highways and thoroughfares Great local dining choice. Quiet community with super amenities. Parking is somewhat limited for self-parking (outside lot). Safety is a premium here.

The apartment is nice and attractive and I have enjoyed living here. The office staff and maintenance crew are always helpful and friendly. I had some problems with the HVAC system that seem to have been addressed but we shall see now that the colder seasons are coming.
