I've loved living here! The leasing office ladies are so nice and helpful. Jordan knows pretty much everyone's apartment by heart it is very impressive. It's a nice mix of people living in the building, and generally pretty quiet.

Ask questions during the tour. Look at everything. Open doors. Run faucets. Look in drawers. Lighting is important n plugs. Multi plugs are a must. Look for storage. Pantries are great, look for shelving

Since I moved in at the end of 2024, my experience here has been incredible. The staff is always so kind and efficient, and any time I've had an issue, it's been promptly addressed. The common areas are also in excellent condition.

Staff at Residences at Crosspoint was quick to respond to my maintenance request and when issue was not fixed the first time due to a miscommunication, they were quick to resolve issue. Maintenance staff (Roger) took care of issue quickly and professionally.

A good and solid starter apartment if you are moving after your first job, easy access to grocery stores, gyms and other amenities. Apartments above the 2nd floor have higher ceilings and feel more spacious.

My experience here has been superior, with courteous and professional support from all parts of the organization. The Leasing staff have always been positive in their handling of my issues and maintenance has been exceptional in addressing problems. Housekeeping has also been excellent, keeping the facility neat and clean.

Having lived here for two full years, I can say that the building itself is solid and location is convenient for commuters. When I first moved in, the management company running the building was courteous, helpful, and available. However, a new company took over in 2025 and there was immediately a noticeable change in policy and approach. The new management company and staff are unhelpful, not reliably available (even when their schedule says they are), and are aggressive/rude in their communication with residents.

The management recently changed and it has completely caused a downturn in the quality of service and the standard of living in this apartment. It is already insanely expensive for what it is and where it is located and now we have lost small comforts and amenities. The office staff works from home the majority of the time and takes random days off. They own the parking garage attached to the building (which is always half empty ? as is the entire building) and charges at least $75 a month to park there. The treadmill and elevators have both been broken for extended periods of time. The floors and walls are so thin that you can hear everything going on around you (and smell it). Instead of solving problems in a real way, they leave passive aggressive notes at all residents' doors. It has gone completely down hill and is absolutely not worth the cost.
