Great community. Trash barrels would be helpful for the trash problem as there is litter everywhere. Overall we enjoy living at Lynnfield Commons and the community. The people who work there are nice.

Lovely, modern apartment in a good location. Maintenance is good and quick. Especially like that my packages are safe and accesible. Outdoor amenities are great now that it's warming up a bit. Wish there was more parking.

I have lived at Lynnfield Commons for 11 years now and I have seen alot of staff turnover, however all of the new staff and old are proficient in their field from management to maintenance. I would highly recommend this community to others.

When I first moved here I thought it was amazing I learned quickly that when you need the office for something they seem to lack. I found them to be rude not all but some Also when I moved here this place was waiting almost 5 stars and now it's like if it has three I am hoping that it will improve with new staff in the office my first encounter was not a good one with the new manager

Great community. Always kept very well! Repairs are always fixed right away. We are near everything. Community is pretty much very quiet. The staff is always very helpful! The apartments are well kept inside with move outs and move ins.

The community is well kept most of the time. Easy access to major highways. If a Childrens play area is added then the community would be perfect with people with small kids. Maintanenece issues are addressed in least amount of time.

Access on only from route 1 north becomes a bigger hassle than expected after some time. Community is clean, though interior of apartments have begun to show their age. Trim pieces falling off, wood cabinetry swelling, and so on. For the price I wish there was more of a value.

Absolutely love this place so far. Quiet, clean, and close to all amenities. So far my family feels very safe here. There is a vast mix of people here from all generations which we feel is important. We can't wait to experience all the summer amenities here!

It has been a great experience overall. I enjoy living in a wonderful community such as Lynnfield Commons. Kaylan has been super friendly and gave Me & my Wife a tour, answered all our questions. Maintenance was super quick to fix our water/heating issues. I would totally recommend anyone to move here.

very pleasant residential community!! comfortable apartments with a nice lay out. Very quite and clean common areas. Plenty of parking , Nice club house with kind stuff. Haven't experienced pool and barbeque area yet(open only during summer time) but It looks very nice.

The quality of the windows is terrible. Water and ice have been building up on the inside of the windows, leading to puddles of water and mold all over the sills. All the windows need to be properly insulated or they all need to be replaced. And the construction in the car dealership at the bottom of the hill has been a nightmare.

Lynnfield Commons location is very convenient. The apartments have great amenities. Office staff, Maintenance staff and Cleaning Staff do an excellent job making sure Lynnfield Commons runs smoothly

I love living at Lynnfield Commons. The complex is secluded, set up on a hill. My kitchen is open to my parlor, and spacious-great for Holiday gatherings. Professional management gives me piece of mind when I am away from home.

We have been here for 9 months now. It has been a wonderful experience! The location is great, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the community is well kept up. The are currently renovating our building and it looks great! They have also handled the renovation very well, there have been almost zero interruptions to the residents. We hope to be able to renew our lease and spend another year or more at Lynnfield Commons.

Apartments are clean and lots of parting spots next to the building. The only issue that I face is the way to the building were there is only one entrance/exit off of root 1 which makes it 12 min longer in the way back from any destination.,

Parking sucks and the office does not check for parking stickers. The windows are not very well insulated so in winters expect a draft coming and high gas bill. The walls and windows are also not very sound proof. Dogs barking OUTSIDE can be heard inside. They keep raising rent significantly. Just a heads up that if you get a good rate, next year they will make up for it by jacking up your rent. I have lived here for a while and I like this place but it has its cons. The staff keeps changing and the new maintenance guys are not good. If you are in a dog friendly building then expect poop and pee in the elevator and hallways as people don't clean up after their pets.

Spacious apartment that just needs a bit of updating. Management is very helpful and the maintenance staff is awesome and very quick to respond to concerns. It is very quiet which is great and was a concern of mine being right off Route 1

I love living here. I moved in at the start of the pandemic so I really didn't get to enjoy all of the amenities that are offered. This summer I was able to enjoy the pool. Very quiet building and very well kept.

The maintenance staff always fix your problem in a timely fashion. No long waiting, which is amazing!!! Been here for a long time and never had a problem with getting things fixed in my home. Cant wait for our building to get the updates as the other 2 have in the common areas
