Lately, things have been going down hill here. For a while when the new property manager came on board things really improved. But over the last several months I can see things going back to the way they were with the old property manager. Shoes, bikes and trash is left in some of the hallways, kids running through the hallways being noisy, people violating the rules on what they can and can't have on the balconies. I've brought these things to the attention of the office staff several times and for the most part, nothing has been done about it to date. Looks like we will be moving on from here once our lease is up. It's a shame, because this complex is small and has the potential to be a really nice place to live.
