I have been living here for 2 yrs,was a lttle homesick at first,now i love it. love the grounds and how clean everything is. I love when it snows everything is taken care of,the gym is nice also,im surpried at myself for not going more often. They take care of everything,even the trash. There are alot of neighbors here,some good,and some very rude,but i guess thats everywhere. I dont think i would like it as much if Caylan the office manager didnt work here. She is very smart,and she will always be there to help you, i dont know what i would do without a nice person like her, in the summer the pool is beautiful,and its even open until 8pm. All in All i enjoy my time here,i just wish my dog wasnt sick,i would love it more. I need so many more things to update the house and balcony,but i guess that takes time.

I was told I could tour the only apt. in the complex that was available&#44; when I got to the leasing office the agent was about to give me a tour&#44; she was called back into the office by the property manager and had a closed door meeting&#44; the agent came out of the meeting and said I could not tour the apt. cause it was occupied. The agent said she can show me the apt. from the outside. I was taken all the way around the building instead of going through the building. When I moved in I noticed a very loud generator noise coming from the other side of my bedroom wall. That is the reason the manager told the leasing agent not to let me see the apt. and this was also verified by my neighbors who told me the apt. was vacant for months because of a major flood from upstairs! It is my opinion that this is an act of fraud and ethics violations by Corcoran Management! The noise I hear are multiple pumps that power the water as well as the irrigation for the building&#44; all of the buildings have this problem on the floor the pump room is on&#44; I can&#39;t sleep at night because of the noise&#44; I have to pull my mattress out of the bedroom and put it on the living room floor and close the bedroom doors! I&#39;m paying $1475 a month to sleep on the floor &#44;also the apts. next to the elevator have a similar problem in the bedrooms because the elevator motor can be heard through the walls and this management company won&#39;t fix the problems! I asked for a transfer and was told the available apts. were  only for 40b tennants AKA section 8 or low income ( wink wink single mothers with screaming children) I then called corporate office &#44; they never are available to talk&#44; it took months for them to return my call and they were unaware of the problem because the property manager never forwarded my complaint to them! she just sits there and rolls her eyes at you and nods her head at you and then walks away&#44; she makes unproffesional comments like &#34; If you don&#39;t like it move &#34; I was told by her boss the Sr. regional manager of Corcoran management that they would put up a sound proof wall! after 8 months they put up some plastic foam pieces over the concrete wall and that didn&#39;t work&#44; then he said they would have to go into the apt. and put up a sound proof wall! which they did not&#44; instead they took the cowards way out by non renewing my lease at its end so they dont have to spend the money to fix the problem! The sr. regional manager said &#34; Its a business decision&#34; They will seek to rent this apt. to some unsuspecting person! Make sure you see your apts. if you choose to rent here! but save yourself the problem and dont rent here!They lied to me for months about a transfer there have been multiple move ins and outs&#44; then they make an excuse and say I need a co signer when I make six figures and have no credit card debt! I had no problem getting accepted to other communities much better than this dump! Also in the summer time the hall areas near the trash room become infested with maggets which then hatch into horseflies&#44; a neighbors apt. became infested with them and it took months for management to find the problem! I was yelled at by the manager and maintenance worker because I sprayed Raid and killed all the flies that were nesting in the lighting fixtures in the hallway! They said it was a green building and you are not allowed to use Raid&#44; even in your apt. Can&#39;t be much of an echo friendly green building if its infested with maggets and flies and the garbage is stored inside building for weeks! The trashroom is in the building and builds up and smells very bad&#44; when it overflows the trash is then stored in containers and put in the garage where people park! It smells horrible in the summer especially when it is hot and humid in the garage in the summer with no windows open! The carpets in the halls and apts. become wrinkled and dangerous as they tend to wrinkle up and people trip on them! The walls are paper thin as well as the ceilings&#44; the people upstairs from me let their child run all over the house dribbling a basketball&#44; running&#44; pounding the floor&#44; the walls&#44; the metal vent and the balcony and the property manager says thats apt. living and kids will be kids while she rolls her eyes at me! one of the maintenance workers is very  rude &#44; he told me on more than one occasion to pack up my stuff and get the hell out! one of my neighbors had her apt. broken into and the management accused her of staging the burglary which turned out to be false! the break in was legit! they actually accused a handicap woman of faking a break in and trashing her own apt. management also does not enforce the garage towing as all the 40b women allow their unemployed boyfriends to park inside the garage when they visit their trashy 40b girlfriends! the building itself is the cheapest low grade construction which is falling apart&#44; doors dont close properly&#44; carpets wrinkle&#44; cabinets are cheap plye wood&#44; very noisy can hear the outside traffic from highway!pool is unheated and very small!no access to the clubhouse after 6pm! loads of screaming children everywhere&#44; people living here just to get there kids in the Lynnfield school system! Its a non smoking property&#44; yet I see the manager lighting up on her way to her car! I have pictures to back up all my claims! I am submitting them! PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE! AVOID ALL CORCORAN COMMUNITIES! AVOID LYNNFIELD COMMONS&#44; CLIFFSIDE COMMONS&#44; PARKSIDE COMMONS&#44; READING COMMONS&#44; BEVERLY COMMONS&#44; SAUGUS COMMONS! THEY ARE NOT LUXURY COMMUNITIES! Corcoran Management are unethical thieves who want to steal your money! They provide no service and if you encounter a problem you will be screwed! Do not be fooled by Lynnfield Commons because it is in Lynnfield! This is the 3rd time I have had to post this review as Lynnfield Commons has had this review taken down twice! They would rather spend their time trying to censore my review than address the problems I listed! A clear sign not to rent here! I am not allowed to mention the apt. # in question as well as the actual locations of the infestation and noise areas&#44; SO PLEASE! DONT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY! stay away from this place

Lynnnfield Commons is one of the best community in the area. The community is beautiful, clean, and a very calm and peaceful atmosphere. The neighbors are kind and the staff is very professional. The apartment finishes is gorgeous!!!

When we moved everything looks good, the lease office works on time, they are fast and helpful.
When my friends come at my house they felling impressed  because here is so Beautiful, I can see the sunshine from my Balcony.
We have a lot of stuff near the condo, banks, restaurants, gas...
We loved here.

The apartments are setup quite nicely and closet space is good for a 1 bedroom. The grounds are kept well and maintenance is always there on time. The staff is awesome and they hold a few events in the year so residences can get to know each other and the kids can have some fun!  As long as my wallet will allow, I am staying here! I can call Lynnfield Commons my Home!

This is a great place to live and raise kids in the high sought after town of Lynnfield. Our family loves living here. The apartments are great, and the maintenance of the community is great as well. This is a great place for pets also.

Beautiful mountain setting away from traffic but still available to main highway. Grounds are appealing in aesthetic florals matching the seasons...quiet neighborhood compared to others.  Price of pet monthly fee higher than I would want, as well as, parking fees but overall budget friendly

The apartment complex is located at a small hilltop by Route 1.   The rent of a 1-BR apartment is affordable. It is tranquil and well manned. Pets are welcome.  The walls are relatively thin.  It may be annoying, if there is a noisy neighbor nearby.

Love the community it's very beautiful and the grounds area are well kept. All staff are pleasant and always you can go to them if there's a problem during holidays there's always a get together for all kids and families that lives here. My friends and families always comments on the buildings whenever they visit i must admit the three buildings are very beautiful hopefully one day there'll be a play area for the kids.

Love the community and have a few friends that i met and love here. The apartments are spacious also there's a clubhouse workout room and an area where you can have cookouts with your family and friends! And if it's a hot day there's also s pool where there's always a life guard !

Love my community it's lovely and you can always go to the office managers if you have any issues. They're very caring and always try to fix any problems the best way that they can.Maintenance is excellent when it comes to Goethe job done and there's always something going on to show the residents their appreciation. I'm always getting compliments friends who picks me up or the Ride services about how Gorgeous my community is which makes me feel special to live here.

Love this community!  Very picturesque and shielded from outside noise even though on a busier city. Maintenance staff above par and extremely professional. Environment is safe and clean. Although our unit is older it still provides a comfortable living experience that is cost effective. So glad we decided on Lynnfield Commons and highly recommend to everyone
