I have been living here since it first opened and have been very satisfied. The grounds are well-maintained and in the winter the snow is promptly removed. The maintenance department responds quickly and efficiently. If you are looking for an apartment I would recommend Lynnfield Commons.

Well maintained. Service requests are handled promptly. Maintenance crew is friendly as is the administrative staff. During the winter snow is removed promptly walkways are kept cleared. I've lived here for almost ten years.
