was nice when I moved in but has been declining slowly ever since...the people, the dogs, the dog noise and mess, the amount of dogs per owner has grown right along with the mess. Stained carpets, feces left in the halls and stairwells, the dogs relieving themselves in the landscaping and on the pathways into the buildings and now even in the parking areas. Seem to be avoiding stepping in something quite often. Embarrassing if you have company coming over. The landscaping used to be very pretty....now it's awful.A lot of discourteous, loud and rude residents. People smoking on the premises no matter how many memos and warnings are put out. More and more of the newer residents do not abide their lease making the rest of us suffer the consequences. My rent went up higher than it ever had last year while the living conditions keep declining...ironic
