I have had a great experience here at Lynnfield Commons. The Staff here has always been great, They keep up the grounds and buildings well. Any problems and they are solved as soon as possible.I met alot of good people.

I guess I will be repeating myself because I have filled a few of these surveys I have lived here for 8 years and have enjoyed it very much. I would love to stay for as long as I can afford it. Hopefully it will stay within my income. It really feels like Home Thank You Judy

My experience has been really good. I enjoy living here and have been here for almost 7 Years and hopefully with be here a lot longer. I am by myself and will reach 80 next month. All the amenities are very good for me. The one bedroom all on one floor, the elevator, mail on 1st floor the trash on the same floor and the maintenance is very good .Beautiful Club House. The Clubhouse staff are great and helpful. The grounds are always kept very clean and fllowers are beautiful When I first moved in in 2014 I had a 2 bedroom but found I didn't need the 2 so found a I bedroom which is sufficient for me. Great place to live.

Lynnfield Commons is a nice community. It is very well managed and kept up on the grounds and maintenance. People are pleasant. I have been here for six years and hopefully will be here for years to come, The locations is very good for grocery store malls, schools, churches and parks. It is easy ride to Boston and going North to New Hampshire & Maine.

I like this complex and hope to stay til the good Lord takes me. Unless the rents get to much for me,Apartment complex has always been kept clean. The grounds are always well maintained and management has always been helpful. People will be people and some tenants tend to think they have people here who should pick up after them. I guess that's what makes this world go round. Not all people like living in a nice place or thats the way they have grown up,

I have lived here almost 6 years as I have said before and really enjoy this complex. I hope I am able to stay for years to come. The grounds & maintenance is well kept and the people who I have dealt with are very nice.
