Great community. Always kept very well! Repairs are always fixed right away. We are near everything. Community is pretty much very quiet. The staff is always very helpful! The apartments are well kept inside with move outs and move ins.

The staff is great and always takes care of any problems right away! It's been hard during covid staying in so much, been some issues but have dealt with it. The elevator was broken for 10 days but I had the support of the staff when it happened and could not do the stairs due to medical issues. waiting for an apartment on the first floor!

Very nice smaller community! Quiet and lovely apartments! Things are taken care of at request. Very nice manager who listens and will take care of any problems! Nice clubhouse with a workout room and nice pool with cooking areas. Good parking.

I have been happy here. The office as well as maintenance replies quickly and fixes and takes care of any problems I might have. I brought a new tenant here and she enjoys it. The open area and inside halls are always clean and taken care of. Not happy about the dogs here but was the building I wanted the particular apartment in. I don't like that I can't move to another apartment in here until lease is up.

The grounds always look beautiful with flowers and landscaping, apartments are good size and maintenance will always fix problems. I feel it is a quiet community with respect for each other. I rarely hear noise.
