In the years I have lived here I have noticed that it has become more of a business than a community.You only see management in the buildings when there's a problem. I understand that the parking especially for disabled people is a chore but there should be assigned parking. At night it is difficult to get a "spot" near the access doors for those with a placard.

No problems. Alex is wonderful. If I have an issue, he follows up and tells me to do a work order. I wish the office staff was in the office more often. People are social in the building. I enjoy living here!

Since moving here I have met several "neighbors ". People wave or say "Hi ". People are respectful of their animals. Parking has improved. Let's keep it going ! Speaking with my neighbors is it possible to have a "steady" leasing office group in charge. Thanks

I love my apartment. I have plenty of privacy. Staff will listen to any issues you have but it takes time for a response. Parking is adequate. I don't use the amenities but I do see people going to the pool.

I like it here. The service is good when regular staff is here. Covering staff could benefit from training especially on the weekends.They should feel comfortable to call regular manager for advice Thanks .

I enjoy my apartment. The property is quiet and well maintained. One problem is parking. Some days it is difficult to find a parking spot even in visitors parking. There are cars that have no stickers and I have not seen any tow truck lately.
