Parking sucks and the office does not check for parking stickers.
The windows are not very well insulated so in winters expect a draft coming and high gas bill.
The walls and windows are also not very sound proof. Dogs barking OUTSIDE can be heard inside.
They keep raising rent significantly. Just a heads up that if you get a good rate, next year they will make up for it by jacking up your rent.
I have lived here for a while and I like this place but it has its cons. The staff keeps changing and the new maintenance guys are not good.
If you are in a dog friendly building then expect poop and pee in the elevator and hallways as people don't clean up after their pets.

Everything is great and we love the apartment. But there is a bit of a parking problem. Also, a second car costs extra even though several apartment complexes around here allow 2 free cars. My building is pet friendly and some people dont pick up after their pets. So the carpets were disgusting. And you would see pee and poop in the elevator. We kept complaining and they said they will change the carpets and fix this problem. Promises were made as our lease was ending and we renewed it. But a whole year passed and nothing changed. When our lease was ending again they fulfilled the promises and our new rent rate was jacked up significantly. We tried to renegotiate but that did not work out. Finally we just signed the new lease and locked in the new rate. But literally a month later similar units were being rented out for a lot lot less than what were are paying now. Garage parking is super expensive. Windows are thin. But each building had elevator and the landscaping is great. The staff has always been super polite, friendly and professional. Maintenance guys are great.
It's just the rent increase policies that suck and they would rather let you go and leave the unit empty for months than negotiate a decent price.
