It's okay. My specific unit has high ceilings which makes it seem larger, which is nice, but the unit has carpeting throughout so it looks a little dated. Complex is great location wise if you work in the city because it's on the North side of RT 1. If you don't, you spend a lot of time passing your complex on RT-1 S and having to turn around because there's no easy access. Maintenance is fairly quick, but the office hardly returns emails with even the simplest questions. When I moved in residents complained over parking, but I've always been able to find a spot. Social distancing signs are present throughout the buildings, but I've only seen the same handful of people follow protocol. It doesn't seem that enforced.
