After down sizing from my home, I've found this place very easy to live in. Being handicap, everything is on one level and hp accessible. I did need an additional rail put in and was installed within a few days. Maintenance and customer service is always immediate and done properly. It seems all services are done well above standard, very happy with my decision to move and live here. Has certainly made a difference for the better in my life.
