I moved into my apartment 15 months ago. I love my apartment, the set up, and my private balcony. Air conditioning and my own in unit washer and dryer were two features I was looking for when searching. I have been very happy. They keep the complex clean and nicely landscaped. The buildings themselves are also kept clean. The clubhouse, pool, and fitness center are very nice. The staff is very friendly. Would definitely recommend this place!

I find this property to be very clean. The management is very friendly and all the residents I have encountered have also been very friendly. The maintenance man Alex is extremely professional and friendly.

When searching for an apartment I looked at a few places and knew exactly what my minimum requirements were that I wanted. Lynnfield Commons met all those requirements and more. From my very first interaction with anyone there it has been extremely pleasant. All staff members I have met have been extremely pleasant and professional. I have also found everyone that lives there that I have run into in passing have also been very friendly. The property is kept very clean and it is enjoyable to walk around the property. I Highly recommend Lynnfield Commons.
