This is a quiet, pleasant place to live. Set back from the highway on a hill, my community is one I am happy to call home. I am fortunate to live in the back of my building near the end of a wing that overlooks the natural beauty of the woods. Very few vehicles travel on this road. The only noises I hear occasionally is the voice of a happy child, the friendly banter of neighbors, and the vacuum cleaner of the attentive, friendly housekeeping staff. I love the pool area and the beautiful landscaping. The package area in the office could be better maintained, and the weekend office staff are not well informed. I understand there is new management of the property but they have not yet introduced themselves to us.

The pool and area are always staffed at the posted times and well maintained. The grounds are beautiful. I walk the perimeter every day and love sitting on my balcony. The building always looks and smells clean. This is my first apartment after selling the house I've lived in for thirty years. Great place to live. The only inconvenience is there is only one way in and out. When coming from the north I have to drive two miles south and make a u-turn to come back.

I have lived at Lynnfield Commons for seven months and thoroughly enjoy the beautiful property. For me it's like living in luxury. The natural surroundings and my own private balcony provide a peaceful experience. The landscapers do an amazing job and the maintenance staff are efficient and reliable. I would give Lynnfield Commons five stars.

Lynnfield Commons is a highly enjoyable place for me to live in. My apartment is located at the farthest end of the property, on a quiet wing, overlooking the edge of the Lynn Woods. My private balcony is an especially welcome haven where I can sit and relax. The maintenance staff are highly professional, prompt, courteous, and reliable. The grounds are very well maintained, and the interior of my building just received a refreshing face lift. I am eager to enjoy the community swimming pool in the summer months ahead. The convenience of living right off Routes 1 and 95 make travel a breeze. Lynnfield Commons has been the ideal choice for me.

My experience so far has been positive. This is the first time in my life moving into an apartment, now that I am selling the house I've lived in for 30 years. Kaylan, the property manager, is very positive and professional. I like calling this property my home. I enjoy driving up the winding driveway to my building on the top of the ridge. I have a breathtaking view of Lynn Woods, and my apartment is the second to last on the end, so it's quiet. Although I could use a bit more cabinet space for my huge cookware collection, the overall layout is great, and there is ample closet space in the rest of the apartment. I have more than enough electrical outlets, which I appreciate after living in my 100-year-old house! I can't wait till next summer so I can use the pool! And now we can rent the clubhouse for parties! I'm still getting to know my way around but I think I'm going to love it here.
