Though the apartments are nice and the office staff is friendly there are a few issues we have had. First route 1 is the only entrance/exit for this complex and the surrounding area is not very nice. Secondly we had water leak through our ceiling. We put in a request to get it looked at along with two light fixtures and have no idea if anything was done as no follow-up or note was even left. Finally, I have never had issues with neighbors until being here. There is constant screaming below us we can hear clear as day, parents let their children play in the halls late at night, and though there is a no smoking policy that seems strict our next door neighbor constantly smokes in their apartment and it gets into ours if the window is open. Overall, it is clean and not very expensive for the current economy but if you can find another place take it.
