It is a nice community to live in 95% of the time. I only have a huge issue with the dog feces randomly everywhere. It's horrible. And it's not your fault!! Owners need to do better in keeping our community clean. However, management should be charging them a fee for not picking up after their dogs.

The building itself and amenities are are beautiful. The old leasing team before being bought by new management were fabulous. I haven't needed the new team so I cannot speak on that. The grounds are not well maintained. There is garbage and food in the parking lots, dog poop everywhere, and the hallways are so dirty. The mail room is a complete mess, disorganized chaos everywhere. The old team would sort through packages daily, the new team doesn't do that. Overall, for how much rent is here it is not worth your money.

Rent is very high, parking especially for building 2 is crazy to get unless you pay an extra $60 a month for a reserved parking spot (if ones available) with a parking spot I pay over 3,000 a month for a one bed one bath apartment. One the positive side maintenance is usually pretty quick to solve issues, and the dog parks are fairly nice. The gym is decent quality but the biggest downfall is the cost of rent.
