While the rent was good and the location was nice, I could not stand how thin the walls were. I could literally hear my neighbors cough, drop the toilet lid, talk on the phone or laugh at their tv. There was no sound proofing whatsoever. There were also rodents that would crawl in the ceiling at night. Super gross. Multiple calls to maintenance couldn't seem to determine how they were getting in. Once my lease was up, I was out of there.
The maintenance staff was still by far the best thing about Watergate. They were prompt and courteous, and even replaced my dead smoke alarm battery at 3am when it started incessantly beeping.
