Website needs to be updated because it's false advertising that the amenities available is washer and dryer and doesn't specify that only some units have washer and dryer. The leasing agents need to work in customer service they are very condescending and don't get things done or get back to you properly

No problem at all very respectful staff and maintenance crew grounds are kept well staff keep residents informed of changes trash is pick up never over flowing very quiet lights are lite so the parking lot not dark

The community is really good. Every member of the management team is well behaved. The onsite maintenance is also good. Every time I requested for any maintenance, I received the proper service from the maintenance team.

If you get a renovated unit it's quite nice and affordable for what you get on the inside. Leasing agent is very kind and helpful! She made sure to check on me through out the process and made available all the information I needed.

Don't have anything to say but need more space, appliances in wierd spots. Refrigerator could be bigger. No one never reached out to me about the alarm system. I'm still new so I'm just giving things time to come along

The community is good. I like everything close to it. I like the set up of the home. and I like cop the whole neighborhood looks nice. And with the security, it makes you feel more safe and secure. Definitely wouldrecommend to anyone.

I do not recommend this development to anyone. If something needs to be repaired, it's best to call someone outside of this development because they delete your requests or come three days later or may not come at all.

Have live at this property for many years and I can say nothing gets fix or repair by these new owners they all come and make promise and nothing they will carry you to court for rent quickly but doing repair they will not. My home is old carpet since 2006 wet cabinets and the list go on and not help so I just fix what I can on my own.

Appreciate the prompt response of the rental office and maintenance staff. I needed door knob's changed, 3 electrical outlets were not working and my stove was not lighting. Everything was fixed the same day I called with the exception of 2 electrical outlets that need an electrician to repair it
