I have only lived here a short time and the only thing I like is the clubhouse and gym. Truly false advertisement about the sound proofing and quality of materials used to build these apartment. Significantly over priced in comparison to the noise levels in apartments. I can hear conversations from my neighbors, feel them walking, hear water in showers draining among other things. They fail to disclose a lot of information prior to move that technically they don't have to tell you(their words). I can't wait to get out of here. They definitely look nice on the surface but there a lot of problems that are builder related shortcut taken that are possible code violations like no GFI outlet in all bathrooms.

    We are pleased to hear that you love our amenities. Questar carefully plans each community to provide an upscale lifestyle experience not typically found in apartment communities. In return, we are disappointed that you feel there are unacceptable noise levels between apartment homes. We understand that many of our new Residents have recently moved from private homes, and community living can be an adjustment. Our smart living features provide for a sound attenuation flooring system and insulated vertical plumbing for optimum sound control in each apartment home. These features are simply not present in other apartment communities. In addition, the lease agreement requires all residents to cover 70% of their flooring with area rugs or other padding. We strongly encourage you to report your noise concerns to the management office. Perhaps your neighbors are not yet in compliance. Please rest assured that your apartment is code compliant. Questar Builders are required to pass all state, county and city inspections before any residents are permitted to move in. For the ease of the maintenance staff, the GFI switches for the bathrooms are located in the kitchen. If you are experiencing any current maintenance issues, please contact the Management office for quick repairs. We invite you to schedule an appointment with the Property Manager at your convenience. Our primary goal is your happiness, and we wish to resolve your concerns swiftly.
