I've lived at the Bowen since 2013 and have had a great experience. The property is well maintained, the neighbors are pleasant and the staff is always kind and helpful. I plan to continue renewing my lease.

The Bowen is a great community. The staff are always responsive and courteous and the other renters seem nice as well. The location is great and there's easy access to transportation, health facilities, and entertainment/shopping. I'd highly recommend the Bowen.

I have lived at Harmony Place Apartments since September 2013 and I'm very happy. The staff is very kind and attentive. Maintenance does a good job in responding to service requests. I feel the quality of the entire neighborhood is very good. The pool opens this coming Saturday and I'm really looking forward to that. Some people complain about noise levels and yes there's noise but nothing you wouldn't experience in another apartment community. Actually I feel that it's rather quiet and subdued. If you're looking for a place to live, please visit Harmony Place. I'm enjoying it here very much.
