Very rude and poor service. I was apartment hunting, I arrived at the Bowen 45 minutes prior to the leasing office closing. I spoke to the concierge Monica she was quite rude and not at all helpful. She said that the leasing officer was out and that I wouldn't be seen. I explained to her that I had come a long way and I had made it there almost an hour before they closed. She said "I don't know what to tell you" and went on her way, never offering another option, not calling the leasing officer, she did not attempt to service me at all and if she is the "face" of the property, I would rather live outside.
