I moved to the Bowen over a year ago and just renewed for another year. I had a few issues that made me think twice about my move, my vehicle was hit in the garage a month after I moved in (minor damage) but management was quick to respond.
Had issue with neighbors above me and their child running back and forth but once reported to management, issue was addressed immediately.
I love my apartment and amenities offered by the Bowen. Location is convenient to everything and easy access getting to DC and other parts of Maryland. Management and maintenance staff are great. They respond to any issues or service request by next day. I feel safe coming home at any time of day or night, and can always find a parking.
My only complaint is I wish my unit had a walk in shower instead of the over size tub. This was really a poor choice of design by the builder. Looking forward to another year at the Bowen.
